Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
The Bridge is private by default. You can mint and redeem TSD without an account and without ever telling us who you are. This policy explains the limited data that is nevertheless involved.
What we never collect
- No identity documents, selfies, proof of address, or KYC files.
- No private keys or seed phrases — ever. We will never ask for them.
- No card, bank, or payment-processor data. We do not touch fiat.
- No passwords (sign-in is magic-link only).
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Public blockchain data
Bridging is an on-chain activity. Wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes, and timestamps are recorded permanently and publicly on Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, and TEXITcoin. That data is public by design, is not controlled by us, and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
Order data we do keep
To operate the relayer we store, per order: the source chain and token, the deposit address we generated, amounts expected and received, deposit/mint/burn/payout transaction hashes, the destination address you supplied, status, timestamps, any coupon code used, and error details when something fails. This is the minimum needed to match deposits to mints, pay out redemptions correctly, resolve support cases, and prove reserves.
Optional membership
You may create a membership using a magic link sent to your email address. If you do, we store your email address, your permanent deposit addresses, your payout preferences, and the link between your account and your orders — so you can see your own history. Membership is for convenience only; it is not identity verification and we do not ask you to prove who you are. You can ask us to delete your membership and email at any time; your on-chain transactions remain public regardless.
Technical and security logs
Standard server and edge logs may include IP address, approximate country, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These are used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability. We derive a country from the request in order to apply jurisdiction screening (see Compliance & KYC); we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Retention
- Order records: retained for as long as needed for reserve accounting and dispute resolution.
- Membership data: retained until you ask us to delete it.
- Server and edge logs: retained for a short operational window, then rotated out.
- Reserve attestations are append-only and permanent by design — they contain balances and addresses, not personal data.
Third parties we rely on
The Bridge depends on public and vendor infrastructure, including EVM RPC providers, a TEXITcoin node and Omni layer, our hosting and database platform, our email delivery provider (for magic links and notifications), a support desk widget, and Telegram for internal operator alerts. Each processes data under its own policies. Operator alerts contain order and address data, not your identity.
Cookies
We use only what is necessary: a session for members who choose to sign in, plus local storage for interface preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Lawful requests
We respond to lawful requests from competent authorities. Because we hold no identity documents, what we can produce is essentially blockchain data plus, where a membership exists, an email address.
Your choices
Use the Bridge without an account and we hold nothing that identifies you beyond addresses and logs. With a membership, you may request access to or deletion of your account data. Requests are handled on a best-efforts basis and cannot extend to public blockchain records or to append-only reserve attestations.
